Murphy was born on devil’s night October 30, 2020 which was interesting signal at that would his mannerisms match his birthdate? Don’t know but we still love the little guy who was gorgeous. We picked him up, brought him home and then introduced him to his buddy his companion of 10 years younger and you could see at that point in time that Baxter, who recently lost his companion, Tanner, figuring that the new addition for Baxter would help ease his loneliness or would he have the patients to corral the pups enthusiasm? Baxter at first introduction with a little nip on Murphy’s ear just to let Murphy know who’s house you was visiting. But they were growing up together. Baxter started teaching him how to beg for twisty sticks and that dead eye stare that usually gets you just about anything they needed. They were inseparable companions for at least a year and then unfortunately Baxter passed away and we were left to a Murphy who was very bewildered and somewhat confused, but knew Baxter essence was still in the home, even when we brought Baxter home and placed them on the table from his ashes, Murphy new that was Baxter, we have video of Murphy, literally voicing a lonesome howl. Baxter slept next to Murphy in our bedroom and after Baxter passing Murphy never slept in Baxter‘s bed, again he sensed Baxter‘s presence and didn’t violate the code of ownership so Murphy decided to be the house guard dog sleeping in the middle of the hallway, looking straight toward any entrances or anything that stirred him even the regeneration of our water system occasionally. At first Murphy was inquisitive and always trying to please me and his mama he was a fast learner loved his car rides twisty sticks for just about anything he could bribe off during the course of the day with the passing Murphy. It has really brought avoid like many of us feel, and for some secured reason the first couple days are maddening, frustrating, and filled with amazing memories. We love our pets as children! They are our fur babies not under any normal circumstances one year, two years, five or 10 years when your dog passes it’s devastating so to all you out there remember your pet they loves you unconditionally he stays by you without command and he watches over you until the very end. I was fortunate enough to have Murphy look up at me and with his last breath, so it’s OK dad did I do OK and I told him you done fine. You did a real good job protecting us. Murphy now it’s time for you to go home and wait for us. Wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge, we will meet you again with all my other pups with Murphy first in line waiting for the kisses I’ll miss you boy I miss you more than you’ll ever know. Rest in peace my baby rest in peace Murphy.
