What can we say about our sweet girl. She came as a rescue to take our minds off the family dog before her that passed a few months before. She was such a stinker as a pup. She would eat everything she could get into. She would climb our fences like a pro to go play with joining neighbors dogs. She loved to run in her earlier years. She hated when we left her until we got her a friend of her own to play and be with by her side. She absolutely loved going to the cottage lay on the dock, swim in the lack, and you better not forget her for a Boat ride or paddle boat ride otherwise she would cry and wait at the end of the dock. She was gentle but stern to put my adult childrens pups in their place. Her side kick Summer was always by her side to lay with her, clean candy canes eyes and for the last year keep those young pups from bothering her. We truly will miss her. The Pet Passage was a beautiful place to send Candy Cane to the rainbow bridge. Thank you for all the kindness. Dr.Zimmerman was so gentle, kind, and informative every step of the way.
