To know Tango, was to love Tango he wouldnt have it any other way. Tango is such a strong and loving boy. His purr was so loud that it could fill the room. Dispite all that he went through, he was always happy, brave and a fighter. If you called out his name, he would come prancing with his tail held up high. So happy his people were home. He loves kisses on his forehead, to lick your fingers and tell his humans where to groom his face, licking his dads beard dry and food time. Tango was always fed before his dad got home and would often try to play the sympathy card to get another bowl. Anytime you open the pantry, you can be sure Tango will be right there waiting for his food. He was so smart. If you tell him to go to his spot and wait for his food, he would do it. He learned how to shoot hair ties with his thumbs and open closet doors. His toy mice were his prized possessions, but there was one in particular that he couldnt be without. It had so many holes in it that we would stitch up. Finally, we gave up on it and threw it away. He was quick to take it right back out. His personality was huge, his love was fierce, he was brave and strong. When we finally got to meet him after he beat kitty parvo, and he hugged me so tight, I just knew that Id love him forever and someday hed leave me and break my heart. My heart is broken now. Its not fair that cancer took you from us. You fought as long as you comfortably could. I know youre at peace now and I thank you for the ten years of unconditional love, company, companionship and memories. Everywhere I turn, your stuff surrounds me. I just dont have the heart to change that for now. Tango, I hope you had a good life with us. I hope you know how loved and missed you truly are. We love you bigger than sky baby boy.
