Smokey was born in Romulus Michigan in February, 2009. At 9 days old, his mother saved him and his siblings from a house fire, and unfortunately perished from smoke inhalation. Smokey was then adopted by the Tyrna family. They bottle fed him, and took care of him as a mother dog would. He had a new sister at his new home named Pepper Ann. He was a wonderful smart puppy, and grew into a wonderful smart dog. Through his life, he gained two human sisters whom adored him. He was very loved by all who met him. He made many friends in his life including a pet hamster. His favorite things to do were play fetch, chase golf balls, follow his humans, go swimming, chase squirrels, cuddle, go for walks, and just be with his family. Smokey was the gentlest of giants. He was a loyal companion and will be deeply missed by all who know him. Smokey was the best boy!
