Smokey was only 11 years old. He was full of personality. The nicest cat you would meet but if you got in his personal space he let you know lol. We got Smokey as a kitten and six months later got his “sister” Kiki they grew up together and lover eachother. They enjoyed laying together, wrestling and laying in the sunlight together, she will truly miss her bestfriend. I got Smokey when my oldest was only 7 he loved him so much Smokey was always close by him. My 3 youngest children 9,7 and 4 came after Smokey so grew up with him since birth. Smokey was a heathy cat no issues ever until a few weeks ago noticed he became very skinny and when took him in to get was told he had liver and kidney failure and there was nothing that could be done to save him. He lived another 2 weeks where he was given so much love. Even in his last days when he could barely move made it to the litter box looked at me when I walked in the room and purred when we pet him. He was so loved and will never be forgotten. I just hope he knows how loved he truly was and how much I prayed he would get better by some miracle.
