Pooka was a beautiful small pom. She was very playful in her younger years. She would memic our larger dogs bark and that how she learned bark loud. She didn’t take to everyone, she had to fill you out first. She went everywhere with my daughter and I, we had a small doggie purse to carry her in. She did everything with us, rode in the car, went the stores, school , fast food runs you name it Pooka was there. Once her brother Rooky came along she was left at home more. During her later years she kept my mom entertained. Pooka took care of mom while mom took care of her. Pooka slept under mom’s bed until she died in May of 2023, Pooka never was the same after mom’s death she slowly deteriorated. Until she passed away.
