Petey was born on Halloween in 2008. We owned his Dad (Rascal). Petey was chosen by a friend who lived a block away. She would take him for walks and he would see his Dad regularly. They loved seeing each other. When our friend moved, Petey was about 5 1/2 years old. She ask us to take him. We said of course. We had a fur baby named Rico. They bonded immediately. So we had our granddog home with us. Petey was a gentle soul, loved snow shovels. Dont know why and big balls. He would always pop the basketballs.
