From the beginning, Obi was anything but himself. He was supposed to be a beagle, but alas he was a Treeing Walker Hound. Born in the woods as the runt of the litter and his mother passing in their birth, Obi was forged to be himself. Kept with the cats at the shelter because he was so small, Obi would quickly outgrow beagle size. Always a Houdini, Obi never liked being alone or in a pen. He had two siblings Hersh (a lab/pit mix)(preceded him in death) and Hera Syndulla Luchun (pit mix). We will forever be grateful for our 13yrs with Obi as we celebrated his birthday days prior to his passing.
