I got Mitzy when I was 9 years old. We had her Mama Zoe as well, so I watched Mitzy be born. She was so tiny, and fit right in the palm of my hand. From the day Mitzy was born, I knew she was going to be my best friend. She never left my side. She slept with me, did homework with me, anything she could do to be next to me. She would even come in my room while I was changing and bark at me the whole time. Which I thought was so funny. When I would get home from school or work, she would run down the hallway as fast as she could chasing me with her favorite green bone in her mouth.
Mitzy always knew when I was sad or sick. She would sit in my lap and lick the tears off my face as they rolled down my cheek. She was the most sweet, kind, and loving dog there was. She lived 14 happy, loving, and fun years with us. She brought so much joy and comfort to our family. Mitzy had the biggest eyes, those puppy dog eyes that no one can deny! Haha. Her silly, sweet personality could make anyone smile. She loved to play, eat, and sleep.
My family and I have so many great memories with her. We will forever cherish every moment we got to spend with her, and we are so thankful to have had her as a loving companion for 14 years.
