From an abandoned pet shelter in Detroit straight into our hearts. Our Charlie was truly the definition of a best friend. From his outgoing and often spunky personality to being a comforter in hard times, he was always by our side. He had to sleep with us every night, and would often hangout with us when making dinner. He would greet us at the door when arriving home from work, and keep us company in the bathroom. When watching a movie, he had to be sandwiched right in between us as the ends of the couch would not suffice because he wanted to be by us both. He was such an affectionate loving boy until the very end. His amazing demeanor and his constant presence will be truly missed and he will forever hold a very special place in our hearts. We are so grateful to have been blessed with this sweet boy for an amazing twelve and a half years.

Sweet Charlie boy, our best friend, you will be missed and loved forever and ever. We love you baby.
