Buddy cat was my 14 year old cat. He was my best friend, and my shadow. He was born in my house to my male and female that I had. He was one of eight. From the time he could move around in his own, he was attached to my side. When it came time for people to come look at kittens, he hid. He wanted nothing to do with it. So this became his forever home. He chose his home. He chose me as his mom. And he chose his name. I named him Henry. We called our dog buddy as a nickname. The kitty started coming to it. He was the most unique cat I’ve ever had. No matter where I was he was right with me. Usually curled in my lap sleeping. He had the loudest purr I’ve ever heard. Getting ready for work, he was right there waiting for me to sit so he could get in my lap. He was such a loyal companion. He loved hiding. In boxes, houses, the dog toy bin, anywhere he could fit. Until the very end, he did absolutely everything he could to make me happy. He was the absolute best cat. I will miss him forever.
