On June 5, 2024, we lost a beloved member of our family. Asia was adopted when Zariah was age of 6 and grew up alongside her sister Zariah, who is now 22 years old. Asia Bradford passed away at the young age of 16 due to kidney failure. But in her short life, Asia lived a life full of adventure and love. She traveled to California multiple times, explored the “dirty south” of Mississippi, and took road trips to Illinois, Wisconsin, and Ohio. She even survived COVID-19 and partied with her sister at Michigan State University. Asia was more than just a pet, she was a protector. She kept her sister safe during Michigan States mass shooting and alerted her family to a carbon monoxide scare.
Though she is gone, Asia will always hold a special place in the hearts of her family. Rest well, sweetie, and thank you for everything. The entire Bradford family will always remember you with love and fondness.

Asia we will always love and cherish you. – Nanna & Poppa

Thank you, my littlest baby, for always being there for me in the good and bad times. My mind still talks to you and my heart still looks for you but my soul knows you are at peace. We miss you dearly, Rest well, sweetie. Thanks for everything. We had a great time. – Mommy

My baby you were my best friend for 16 years. You were my special Valentine, my passenger princess, and the best puppy I could ask for. We grew from elementary school to college together. I still remember the day you entered our family I was so excited to tell everyone at school the next day how I have the best dog ever. Your weekend in college was full of events. You explored the campus with me, met many new people who loved you, and even got to explore one of my favorite bars (no puppy martinis were served). I’m happy I was with you your whole life but I’m sad you couldn’t stay with me for mine. One day I will be able to “drop” something on the floor for you to enjoy but in the meantime, I hope you and Mr. Whiskers are reunited running around again – Zariah
